ETM Association

HopmanstraatGet connected… We Have So Much in Common!
One of the striking facts that hits any member of the ETM Association when meeting members for other graduating years, is the common shared experience which quickly bonds people together.. Honestly, sceptics will be amazed! Our experience in completing a character-building course such as ETM leaves its mark. We also tend to possess traits of reasonable intelligence, mental toughness and open-mindedness. Yes.. we're a pretty interesting lot. In short, you are missing out on so many great social and professional opportunities if you do not make the effort to meet fellow ETM'ers.

Benninings: the 'Brussels Sprouts'
The ETM Association was founded in Chambéry at the beginning of 1990 by thr first group of graduating students of the European Tourism Management postgraduate course. The members called themselves the 'Brussels Sprouts', but this name was modified a few months later to the 'ETM Association'.

A 'Raison d'Etre'
The ETM Association exists not only to help ex-ETM graduates keep in touch and network between each other in their professional lives but also as a promotional flagship for the European Tourism Management Masters course. The association is funded by the educational establishments who co-ordinate and run the European Tourism Management (ETM) Masters course. The association now includes many key managers and professionals in the tourism industry and provides highly valuable information on just how successful the ETM course has been in advancing its students' careers.

Keeping the Network Alive !
The first purpose of the ETM Association remains to keep postgraduates of the ETM course in touch with one another and to meet qualified students from previous or latter years. This can only be done by actively keeping our contact and profile list of members up to date, reading about each others adventures and careers through ETM News Items and 6 monthly Newsletters and by arranging to meet with other members.

Thanks to the ETM association we are able to keep postgraduates of the ETM course in touch with one another and to meet qualified students from previous or latter years. This can only be done by actively keeping our contact and profile list of members up to date.
